Families interested in transferring their student to Goshen Community Schools for the 2026–27 school year may soon have another opportunity to apply.

Pending approval by the Goshen Community Schools Board of School Trustees at its August 10 meeting, the district will reopen its student transfer application window. The original transfer period closed on May 31, 2026.

Students seeking to transfer into GCS during the reopened window must meet the same transfer criteria established by the district. Approval is based on factors including available capacity, student discipline and attendance records, and other requirements outlined in district policy.
